Mass Copying
Photocopying, scanning and any other form of copying from textbooks or digital resources and using such materials in your school's own assignments and/or documents constitutes an infringement due to a lack of permission from the rights-holders to reproduce the work.
Digital Uploads & Downloads
Uploading copyrighted documents and files without permission to your school's learning management system reproduces a rights-holder's work digitally thereby causing an infringement to be made.
New-Gen Tech
Newer technologies such as Artificial Intelligence often make use of the works from many authors and creators. This is done so without explicit permission granted from the rights-holder and as such, relying on such technology is likely to contribute an infringement.
