Organised by the Singapore Book Council, the 14th Asian Festival of Children’s Content (AFCC) returns this year as a fully in-person event from 25–28 May!
The theme is “Play!” this year, celebrating the buoyancy and playfulness of children’s stories and books. We will welcome more than 100 international and Singapore writers and speakers, who will take part in over 70 sessions. They will delve into a wide range of topics from humour and visual storytelling to poetry; accessibility; A.I.; translation and many, many more.
We are also excited to feature Vietnam as our County of Focus this year, showcasing the best of Vietnamese children’s books, writers and illustrators. In addition, our popular AFCC Book Fair will be back, where the public can pick up the latest titles, and enjoy and join in over 30 free public programmes.
